i miss the
BLUE PAPER DAYS!
i was in 1st year then. you enter the classroom after lunch, and every other girl has the blue paper!
against her forehead, her cheek or her chin...
and of course, right smack on her face, covering her nose.
but not everyone owned a pack or two. most of the girls were
"parasites"...asked for blue paper every single day. but it was so much fun. you bring out a pack, and one girl approaches you...then another...then another. in 2-3 days, your pack is empty.
and of course, while some people found it cute to see blue paper on each face, some got irritated with it. i could remember a teacher complaining about it. we were in the middle of a discussion, and as we tried to write down notes, we were busy passing blue papers around. and since she had to stand in front of everyone else, it totally distracted her to see half of the class with blue paper on!
i only used the blue paper because it was fun playing around with it. and it was fun to see myself and my classmates so busy doing that thing. some would even compare blue papers after!
i never liked using it though. i figured,
gawaing tamad yun. and it irritated me to see the blue paper on a person's face when it has actually turned all greyish-blue already. eeeeek...
but i miss those days. i still see some girls in class using the blue paper once in a while. but it's just not the same.
now, if you don't know what i mean by the
blue paper, maybe we can create a red version... ;p
