i was trying to think of something to post today...so i went on checking old emails...old email box...trying to check on "memories" ....yikes!

found nice mails...mails that made me cry...mails that made me laugh. mails that frustrated me. mails that i love reading again and again...and i want to keep in my mailbox. acck...most of the mails from 2001-2002.

those were the days when my life revolved around emails. eeeeeek.

and then i found this email monique sent me a year ago. December 26, 2002...the night before the BIG day.

December 27, 2002. that was a really really crazy day. we were off to a place we've never been before...one of the places we've always been wanting to go to. so we met up at McDonald's Katipunan, with our "papers". went to get some stuff from National, then hailed for a cab. but see, we are not allowed to take cabs without an adult accompanying us...tsk tsk...takas!!! where to? hmmm...

we got there too early...so we decided to eat first. it was a 60-peso pedicab ride to McDonalds (not in Katipunan). i swear...that was so pathetic!

we went back to the place...did our thing...then hailed for another cab back to Starbuck Katipunan.

one of the craziest things i've done. ever.
and although it didn't really bring us anywhere, i think that was such an experience.
maybe when monique and i (i can't think of any other person who will do that with me!) do something like that again, we'll finally be able to say that those people suck. hahaha...revenge revenge! ;p

so it's been a year now since that day.
