on braces, dresses, and colors

monthly dental appointment. woke up pretty early...considering that i slept at 2 am. i was ready to tell my dentist to place purple rubber thingies on my braces....because i need them to match my prom dress. yeeehaaa..i'm going to the prom...as usherette nga lang. i kinda told my mom that if she buys the purple dress that we saw for her Abs-Cbn 50th anniversary party, i'd wear it during the prom or whichever debut that comes. anyway, back to the dentist...after removing my old yellow rubber thingies, she asked me to brush my teeth...and when i came back...tada..."i already chose a color for you...we have to use this kasi mas mahigpit sya kesa dun sa ibang colors." damn...green rubber thingies...same as the ones i used the first time. sheeeeeesh...now maybe i'd just go there in my green-gold dress (which i love) rather than the purple one....or maybe the yellow one....or the white one. basta kelangan hindi ako magmukhang magpoprom!

* * *on lunch

lunch was fun. met up with my grandmother, my uncle, his wife, and his kids at Banana Leaf in Podium. was kinda looking forward to it since i haven't seen them for quite some time. they just came home from the States for Christmas vacation after three years of being away.

the kids are really big now. Amicci (Angela Michelle) is now 10...really tall girl with 350 for her eyeglasses. she's not as bitchy anymore...she's actually kinda soft-spoken now. Katrina, who's 6 1/2, is really pretty but was kinda shy. she dances well though. Michael is 4 and is really really really kulit. he looks like his dad...and, oh, he has 5 nipples (no kidding!)! the youngest is 2-year old Alyssa who is just as shy as her second sister.

fun fun! i wonder when i'm gonna see them again.

it's back to school on Monday.
it's back to work as well.

i'm sick of being treated this way. one moment you are the oh-so-precious-friend-who-was-there-when-everyone-else-was-not...the next moment, that person just makes you feel that you don't deserve his or her attention. that you have to kneel and beg if you wanted more. heck, wag na lang....

it frustrates me...a lot...

my sister and i went with my mom to bring the old clothes to Abs-Cbn Foundation. we then headed to her office to watch Star in a Million live in the studio. erk erk erk...we had nothing better to do. we just wanted to see what happens and all. we just stayed in one corner and were even thinking of just heading to mom's room where the other manager has her telly and just watch from there.

i got to see Christian and Ryan *drools*!
