i was trying to read the latest issue of The Magnificat when i got home. it's the valentine's day and teacher's day issue...so most of the works were about love and about teachers. they also got some of the teachers to write. i think i got to read a couple of works talking about their passion for teaching...and how they feel fulfilled knowing that they make a difference in our lives...yaddayadda.

i wonder if i'll ever find something like that...a career that would make me feel fulfilled.

i remember two years back, [she] would tell me how one of her colleagues once said that being a jock makes her fulfilled because she knows that somewhere, there is a person singing along with her songs...and that somewhere, there is a person smiling because of her songs. [she] also told me that one thing that makes being a jock fulfilling is being able to meet a lot of people and actually becoming part of their lives.
